Boise is the hub of Southwest Idaho's east-west corridor that we call the Treasure Valley and truly, "a river runs through it." The Greenbelt, a 22 mile-plus paved pathway along the banks of the Boise River, serves pedestrians and bicyclists and is maintained by the city's Parks and Recreation Division. Take a stroll or picnic and stop by any of the many parks that are linked on the trail of the Greenbelt; just remember not to litter as this Jewel of the Valley is home to a variety of birds and animals and, as stewards, we must never take for granted its value.

Life in the Treasure Valley offers so many amenities that it is no wonder that it's growth remains consistent. The wide variety of industries and opportunities, attracts those seeking everything from rural to urban settings. Plus, real estate prices are among the lowest in the nation and remain an outstanding investment.
